Time Suck? It’s the “Money Suck” that’s the problem!

Agree with J.P. , Money may be spent on social media, but does it really enhance any realtor?
Free trials should be offered to get real data…and offer inexpensive packages for those who do not want to spend good money and to receive any real results. of leads of clients that want your service.

It can be either way truly, I have found social media as a fantastic outlet for me to showcase homes ect and have sold multiple properties where my instagram or other social media account was the initial trigger to get them to contact me. Sadly not too long ago this was what seemed out of reach and the ones doing it had to “pay to get ghost instagram accounts” Before I would just post photos off and on and would not invest much time into my posts or be creative with what content I was posting because I was not seeing any followers turning into potential business. It became a endless line off for sale and sold homes.
I took a new approach and completely refreshed my account and started to post once a day at least with good engaging content not just property photos. Link your website or mobile app in your bio, search for popular hashtags and connect with people you know, the more connections on social media. Those followers connections become a “suggestion” then to a train of followers who you will have more exposure through a mutual follower. In most cases if a user is searching #newhomes or something real estate related and follows a similar account. The more information on market conditions ect let the followers see the numbers and feel more informed.
From my experience if you put the time and effort in then combine that with engaging posts and good content and it will be time well spent. I personally only use instagram, snapchat linked

It’s a big time suck for the amount of return.
I have a diverse clientele so I use it for my younger Buyers & Looky Lous.
I track where my sales come from and find it’s a very low return on investment. 12-1.
My best source of biz is a handshake and SOI.
