Nothing Arizona

Want to blow your pops' mind this daddy's day? Give him nothing. Nothing, Ariz., that is.

Century 21 Real Estate recently launched a clever Father's Day campaign allowing children of all ages to sign their dad up to receive a free, printable certificate of a 24-hour license on Father’s Day for a parcel of land in Nothing, Ariz. Kiddos can then download, print or e-mail the certificate, along with a special #givedadnothing Father’s Day card, and send Dad this unique gift idea digitally or by U.S. mail. Plus, the microsite givedadnothing.com also houses a sharable video about the Father’s Day gift campaign and an interactive 360-degree view for consumers to explore the town of Nothing.

Nothing, Ariz. is a deserted town located in Mohave County approximately 120 miles northwest of Phoenix. By signing up your dad's name, you're also signing terms of agreement that specify you can't physically visit your land parcel or sell your 24-hour license for any monetary value.

So what can dads do with their 24-hour license? Well, nothing. But you can bet your dad will think twice next year before he tells you he wants "nothing."
