2.6 Copies of Documentation. Customer may make copies of the Documentation for its own internal use in connection with the use of the Software in accordance with this Agreement, but no more than the amount reasonably required. 7.5 Peer-Assisted Networking Technology. Adobe Flash Player and Adobe AIR provide the ability to establish a connection with an Adobe server or service and enable direct communication between two Adobe Runtime clients or connect an Adobe Runtime client as part of a peer or distributed network that allows you to provide some of your assets, for example.B network tape, to be made directly available to other participants. Before joining such a peer or distributed network, you will have the opportunity to accept such connectivity. You can manage network settings by peers using the Flash Player Settings Manager. For more information about using the Settings Manager, see settings.adobe.com/flashplayer/mobile. For more information about peer networking, see www.adobe.com/go/RTMFP. 16.6.5 By way of derogation, the fonts mentioned under www.adobe.com/go/restricted_fonts are only included for the purpose of operating the user interface of the software and not to be included in output files in the software. These fonts are not permitted in accordance with this section 16.6. Customer agrees that it will copy, move, activate, or use these fonts listed in or with any other software application, program, or file other than the software, or authorize a font management tool. This section contains specific provisions regarding certain products and components of the software, as well as limited exceptions to the above conditions. To the extent that any provision of this Section is contrary to any other provision or condition of this Agreement, the terms set forth in this Section supersede that other condition or condition.
The software and all authorized copies made by Customer are the intellectual property of Adobe Systems Incorporated and its suppliers and are the property of Adobe Systems Incorporated. The structure, organization, and source code of the software are valuable trade secrets and confidential information of Adobe Systems Incorporated and its suppliers. The Software is protected by law, including, but not limited to, the copyright laws of the United States and other countries, as well as international contractual provisions. Unless expressly stated, this Agreement does not grant the Customer any intellectual property rights in the Software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved to Adobe and its suppliers. 1.3 ADDITIONAL TERMS AND AGREEMENTS. Adobe only permits you to use the software in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Use of certain third-party materials contained in the Software may be subject to other terms that are typically found in a separate license agreement, a "Read Me" file near such materials, or in the "Third-Party Software Guidance and/or Additional Terms and Conditions" under www.adobe.com/go/thirdparty. . . .
