During these trying times, the most important thing you can do is stay healthy. That doesn’t mean simply isolating yourself and avoiding the coronavirus, but staying mentally fit and physically healthy, in a general sense, as well. Being cooped up inside for days on end is not conducive to either of these points, and it’s why folks that live outside metropolitan areas are in a better position during the pandemic.

Which cities and boroughs in the U.S. have the most space for their inhabitants to move around? Point2Homes recently released a report that takes a look at just this. By analyzing the median lot size and median living area of properties that are on the market in the 50 largest U.S. cities and boroughs, Point2Homes found the places where social distancing is perhaps the most bearable.

The results are not entirely surprising—more than half of the cities in the top 10 are in the South. And the places with the least amount of space to roam are normally sought-after northern areas: Brooklyn, N.Y.; the Bronx, N.Y.; and Philadelphia, Pa., offer the smallest lot sizes of all the cities analyzed. Additionally, the cities with the smallest living spaces on the market are in Boston, Mass.; Philadelphia, Pa.; and Detroit, Mich.

Here are the U.S. cities with the most space to move around, based on median lot size:
