Nationally, there are 1,070 cities with an Elm Street containing at least 25 homes. The Zillow study analyzed these haunts in order to sniff out the Elm Street spots with the biggest and least bang for your buck.
The priciest Elm Street is located in Southampton, N.Y., no shock considering home values here are among the highest in the country, whereas Youngstown, Ohio offers the cheapest Elm Street, with homes worth a whopping 83 percent less than the typical home in the city.
