Jennifer Lawrence, A-list actress famous for her roles in "The Hunger Games" and "Silver Linings Playbook," has listed her three-bedroom, four-bathroom Manhattan penthouse for $12 million.
Originally listed last July for $15.45 million, the star has subsequently lowered the price of the property twice as she tries to sell in the midst of a downturn in the New York luxury condominium market.
The 4,073-square-foot penthouse is located in The Laurel, a luxe condo complex in the Upper East Side. With panoramic views of the city, the property has 12-foot ceilings, opaque glass front doors, a great room, as well as a dining area and double living room that's separated by a two-sided limestone gas fireplace.
