    I introduce buyers when we meet and talk about purchasing a home and sellers when we meet the first time. I walk through their home first before I list it to make recommendations what to remove and what to improve to get their home market ready. When I list their home for sale I highly recommend the home warranties because it protects them and is in place when the house sells and closed for the buyer. More than once did the AC stop working the day of closing and other thins happen. I believe they are of value to a home buyer as well as sellers. I also have a good communication with the local representatives to make it work.
