RISMedia's annual Power Broker Reception & Dinner hosted more than 600 industry leaders and brokerage executives this year. The event is produced to honor this year's Power Brokers—the elite brokers that ranked in the company's 2019 Power Broker Report.
During the dinner, attendees heard from Daymond John, founder and CEO of FUBU and star of ABC's "Shark Tank" who sat down for a Q&A with John Featherston, president and CEO of RISMedia.
Additionally, five awards were given out over the course of the exclusive event. Winners included: American Home Shield (Community Champion Award); Jason Mitchell, president of The Jason Mitchell Group (National Homeownership Award); Chuck Ochsner, broker/owner of RE/MAX Alliance and RE/MAX Equity Group ('On the Shoulders of Giants' Award); Jim Fite, president and CEO of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company (Real Estate Leadership Award); and Dan Elsea, president, Brokerage Services, and Stuart Elsea, president, Financial Services for the Real Estate One Family of Companies (Tech Titan Award).
