For every real estate team out there there's a different view of how technology should be utilized. However, according to RISMedia, which recently surveyed agent teams across the country, the majority of respondents use lead-gen/referral services (29.6 percent) to generate leads; task/time management tools (31.1 percent) for office management; and aerial photography (25.8 percent) for their listings.

This information, featured in the newly-released RISMedia's Ultimate Real Estate Team Guide, was compiled to get a better understanding of how teams operate in the U.S.
