The listing, a penthouse duplex, is co-listed by Halstead agent Amy Herman and Nest Seekers agent Ryan Serhant, star of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York.” Producers were on hand at the event to capture footage for the Emmy-nominated series.
