The vast Georgian Colonial Revival-style home that was once shared by Ronald Reagan and his first wife, actress Jane Wyman, recently sold for $6.7 million. The famous couple married in 1940 and lived together in the Los Angeles property until 1948, when Wyman filed for divorce.

The home—designed by architect Paul Williams—was deeded to Wyman after the couple's divorce was finalized in 1949. She lived there until 1954.
The 6,153-square-foot property is in the charming Little Holmby neighborhood of Los Angeles and has retained its original architectural layout. The five-bedroom, seven-bath home features high ceilings, extra-large rooms, hardwood floors and curving staircases.
One staircase, with its sweeping design and wrought-iron banister, leads to an overlook on the second floor—typical of Williams' signature oval design.
Other features found in the home include: a brick-paved courtyard, a swimming pool, a cabana with fireplace, a firepit and terraces. Here are some additional photos of this beautiful property:

Beautiful home. It would be interesting to know what they paid for it. I’m guessing around $100,000 in the 1940’s
