Yolanda Williams-Davis
Real Estate Broker & Community Developer
61 Houses Real Estate Brokerage Services

After spending more than 20 years working in the real estate industry, it comes as no surprise that Yolanda Williams-Davis is passionate about helping people navigate the homebuying and home selling process—and everything in between. She believes that real estate is an important tool that helps with community development and brings her experience, as well as her background in human resources and motivation development, to the table.

"I'm known as a real estate and human resources ingenuity expert," she says. "I look to help individuals obtain valid information so they can make sound real estate decisions."

Williams-Davis began her journey in real estate when her sons approached her about purchasing their first homes. "There weren't, in my opinion, many caring real estate professionals," she states. A real estate broker and community developer for 61 Houses in Southfield, Mich. for over 15 years, Williams-Davis has become a truly relevant and trusted resource, as well as a regarded leader in her community.

Williams-Davis has discovered the importance of creativity, flexibility and education. Participating in workshops and sharing educational information with her clients and prospects helps her to remain a relevant and prominent resource in the Michigan real estate market.

"One of the things I believe in very strongly is educating, educating, educating," she says. "I will say to anyone who is aspiring to become a professional that you have to have a heart to learn and you have to have a heart to teach."

"If we're going to make this world a better place and we're going to help individuals make sound real estate decisions, we have to teach."

With a heart for community development and engagement, buyers and sellers can depend on Williams-Davis for not only an educational experience, but a personal one. And this is felt on both sides. "Every experience is a blessing because there are thousands, millions of brokers in this country," she says, explaining how lucky she feels when a prospective homebuyer or seller chooses to work exclusively with her.

"Any time I can assist individuals who are, for the very first time either purchasing or selling, I service them with such excellence and such care. Every transaction is an important transaction to me. It's a valuable transaction to me. You didn't have to choose me as your REALTORⓇ. I go hard for every single client I have," she says.

When it comes to educating her clients, prospects and community through social media, Williams-Davis finds relatability to be one of the most important aspects in this digital space, even outside of the realm of real estate. "I use social media for sharing resources and helping enhance them for those who need a little extra help. I also use it to share real estate opportunities, as well as putting something out there about careers and business ownership."

In addition to her community activity and education across her social media platforms, she also utilizes RISMedia's ACESocial to help provide and share consumer real estate and lifestyle content. The ACESocial platform has also helped her when it comes to time management.

"I decided to become a member of ACESocial because time is of the essence and how you manage your time is very important," she says. "I didn't want to continue worrying about my to-do list and making sure there was relevant content out there on my Facebook page. ACESocial accomplished that for me."

Williams-Davis believes that with the high-quality content, automation features, affordability and branding potential that ACESocial offers, she will undoubtedly continue to utilize this platform. "It's a no brainer," she says.

"I have nothing but good things to say about ACESocial and highly recommend that if you want to work smarter, not harder, as a real estate professional, consider partnering with ACESocial."
