As we finish out this most unprecedented year and turn our thoughts to a new start in 2021, we're still dealing with the lingering pandemic, amid by all accounts what has been a strong year for the real estate industry.
For many, beyond the place we hang our hats at the end of the day, the pandemic has transformed the home into schools, gyms and offices. Home sales are taking place at an unprecedented rate, and as such, buyers and sellers are relying on good-functioning appliances and home systems more than ever before.
For decades, through good markets and bad, the home warranty has been a staple of the real estate professional's toolbox, providing peace of mind and leverage to both buyers and sellers. In the current environment, are home warranties needed now more than ever, or are they still the steady, helpful resource they've always been to your clients? Please take a few minutes to tell us your thoughts on the value of home warranties in the current market. We'll report back in the coming weeks.

I have been in the industry 28 years. Home Warranties have such a bad reputation because news media doesn’t cover all the good we do. The money we save and the help we provide not just the Buyers and Sellers but the Realtors. Good, reputable companies get a bad rap with bad warranties. I am proud of the money I have saved our customers and the work we do! Just wish we would get more positive press!
