As an Accredited Professional Stager, I’d like to say this is definitely good information and advice for the entire Selling Population! Just wanted to add to be clear, when cutting back ornamental bushes to get your home in “showing condition” you will want to be sure they are not above the windows on the main level, and are not covering up TOO much of the front of the house.
Also, if the foundation plantings are ‘on their last legs’ just pull them out….any replacement, if needed, should be the right proportion for the spot at the time and compatible with the growth of the other plants nearby. I also like to be sure, if the home is set back and not visible from the street, that the entry to the drive or ‘mailbox area’ is attractively landscaped. A little grunt work and a few nice plants can go a long way to getting that all important first impression to be a great one! Keep up the good work, Justin!

It would be great if we were able to be able to print these without the add-ons . I did ctrl P and was able to print them but it has all the other ads on the right as well as, in some cases remarks. I plan to trying to cut and paste these areas so the information looks cleaner. These make great inserts for listing presentations without the agents doing the actually pointing out what needs to be done.
