Dutch real estate agency Huizen Promoter built a rollercoaster through an open house, trumping anything anyone else has ever done in real estate. Ever.
OK, so that's an exaggeration - but still! A rollercoaster!
The coaster starts from the rear of the house, taking riders down through the basement and pulling them upstairs, giving them a room-by-room tour of the home. If buying a home wasn't exciting enough on its own, the coaster's dips and turns actually look like a lot of fun! (Maybe it's time to seek property abroad?)
You know what would be a sweet bonus? If the buyers got to keep the rollercoaster along with their new home purchase. I tried to research this further, but as it turns out, I don't know how to read Dutch. If anyone knows anything else about this company or property, leave a comment below because we are fascinated.

Talk about going above and beyond to sell a home, huh? Although this is a pretty extreme tactic, what extra miles have you gone to try to sell a home? Let us know in the comments section below!
