Hey, "Flintstones" fans! Did you ever dream of living in the Stone Ages? Well, BAM (BAM)! Your dream is about to come true!

The campground that houses the Bedrock City Theme Park is now up for grabs for a cool $2 million. Located 30 miles south of the Grand Canyon in Williams, Ariz., the family-owned park was established in 1972 and housed a gift shop, restaurant, RV park, convenience store and more.

Fans of the show may want to read the small print: the license agreement with Hanna-Barbera is not included in the sale and will require renegotiation. But hey - if you're not a fan of Fred and Wilma, the 30 acres could also morph to fit another type of theme park, casino, resort or outlet mall, according to the brochure.

Also included in the purchase is a 3,800 square foot residential house that offers two separate living areas, two kitchens, four bedrooms complete with vanity sinks, and two and a half baths - plenty of space for your pet dinosaurs and saber-toothed cats.
