Is your team just using Facebook? According to RISMedia’s newly released Ultimate Real Estate Team Guide, which combines the brand's proprietary research; comprehensive data; and the expert insights of top-performing teams across the U.S., there's a good chance this is the case.
A 2017 RISMedia study—Anatomy of a Real Estate Team—which surveyed 350-plus real estate teams and is referenced in the Real Estate Team Guide, revealed that 98.37 percent of teams use Facebook. On the other end of the spectrum is Snapchat, with just 12.2 percent of teams saying they utilized the app.
"We use all of them—Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat. You need to incorporate all of them as every generation is going to differ in terms of what they want. We are weak on Snapchat, but it's what our kid uses, so we know it will get more and more traction," says Andrew Duncan, founder, CEO and co-owner of The Duncan Duo of RE/MAX Dynamic.
