Right on the computer and so if the house doesn’t look good on the outside they’re gonna keep scrolling…Two, painting. Almost every home we work on we freshen up with a fresh coat of paint whether it’s touch up repairs or whole home painting, if your listings have that old dated wallpaper, we gotta get those out… Number Three, flooring updates, whether that’s just a deep cleaning of the floor refinishing the existing flooring, you got listings with carpet in the back floor, we gotta take that out we gotta modernize it, so those are definitely the top three,” -Amanda Pflieger, director of demand generation at Curbio.
